Design at the
speed of thought

Generate, trace and edit SVG with AI — on a real desktop canvas built for designers. Prompt it, sculpt the nodes, recolor with a sentence, ship the vector.

Capabilities

A studio that thinks
in vectors.

Everything you need to go from a blank canvas — or a blurry PNG — to a clean, editable, production SVG.

Generate with AI

Describe it, get clean SVG in seconds. Stream four variants at once, lock a style preset, and keep iterating with chat-like edits.

🪄

Edit & recolor by sentence

Select a shape and say “make it gold with a soft shadow.” Recolor the whole artwork from a palette — every path stays exactly where it was.

🖼️

Image → Vector

Drop a PNG or JPG and trace it into crisp, editable paths.

True node editing

Bézier handles, smooth ↔ corner, insert & delete anchors.

Boolean & gradients

Unite, subtract, intersect. Live gradient stops & angle.

The Studio

Built like a pro tool.
Driven like a prompt.

Workflow

Three moves to ship.

01

Prompt or trace

Type an idea or drop an image. Watch the SVG stream onto the canvas live.

02

Sculpt it

Move nodes, boolean shapes, tune gradients, or just tell the AI what to change.

03

Export anywhere

Clean SVG, retina PNG/JPG, or vector PDF — selection-only or the whole board.

A note from the author

“I built Vecto because I was tired of choosing between a blank prompt box and a thousand-button editor. I wanted a canvas that listens — where you sketch an idea in a sentence, then get your hands dirty with the nodes. This is that tool, made with obsessive care for people who sweat the pixels and the paths. I hope it makes you faster, and a little more delighted.”

First launch on macOS?
Vecto isn't notarized with Apple yet, so macOS won't open it on the first try — on some Macs the warning even says the app is damaged. It isn't; that's just what an un-notarized app looks like. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and click Open Anyway next to Vecto. You only do this once.
